Amor vincit omnia, Latin for love conquers all are the words displayed on this resplendent set.  The full quote from the Roman poet Virgil’s Eclogues is omnia vincit amor et nos cedamus amori which translates to love conquers all; let us, too, yield to love. The words in a Medieval font are hand-engraved by one of the only U.S. hand-engravers of lettering. Hand-engraving lettering is a rare and dying art, and we do our best to keep it alive!

The diamond engagement ring is a working puzzle ring, styled after legendary Celtic knotwork rings. This ring comes apart and goes back together easily with the animated and video instructions we provide under the link below. Rarely will you find a diamond engagement ring that will provide such fun and fascination.

Your puzzle ring will be hand-woven, in contrast to the majority of puzzle rings which are cast from molds. Our brilliant puzzle ring artist will custom weave your engagement ring precisely for the stone that you select, its very shape and size, so your puzzle ring will be a true, one-off original.

From a hand-carved wax, we create the shadow band. Once it is cast, we finish it with hand-engraving in a font adapted from a 12th C. lettering style. A tapered partner band is also available. If you wish to have inside engraving as well, please contact Mandira directly by phone or email or place comments in your order and she will arrange for the hand-lettering for an additional charge, after your order is placed. 

Your options: The base price on this page is for the puzzle ring with a diamond of 0.40CT to 0.42CT (4/10ths CT) and the hand-engraved wedding band all in platinum, as shown. (The diamond shown is .41CT.) Please refer to our drop-down list, below, to see add-on prices for different sizes of diamonds. For a diamond larger than 0.72CT, please contact us for an individualized quote. Available in whole, half, and quarter sizes 3 – 9.5; other sizes upon request.

The Guinevere diamond puzzle ring is artisan hand-crafted in the U.S. and is exclusively offered by Crystal Realm. The shadow wedding band is also hand-made in the U.S. to fit perfectly with your unique puzzle ring.
