This page is for you if you are returning a puzzle ring requiring significant parts or labor such that there is a charge plus round-trip shipping.
We make it easy for you to order any service you need for your puzzle ring! We even provide you with speedy, fully insured, trackable, discounted FedEx Delivery both ways, at your cost. Watch for emails from Mandira in response to your service order. (Your first automated email confirmation is general; second and subsequent emails will be manual and specific to your service order.)
What you need for your service order:
A) If you are using this page, you must reside in the United States. We have a different page for outside-U.S. rings.
B) The first and last name of the person to whom the original order shipped.
C) The name and description OR item number of the item(s) you are returning and the current size if you know it, if returning a ring for resize.
D) Work you need done: You may include things like:
Free annual polish and clean (FAPC)
Resize to size ___.
There is plenty of room to put detailed instructions.

Please note, if you are inside the United States, then you will pay the USD price on this page: $39.95 for shipping the ring to us plus the cost of labor or parts you’ve been quoted.
If your ring is of particularly high value, there may be an additional USD 10.00 to USD 40.00 charge, to make sure it is fully covered in transit in both directions. Mandira will let you know if this is the case. (Rates may be higher if you are in AK or HI.)
Resizes: If you took this ring to a regular jeweler to have it sized, the charge would be at least USD 150.00 for four bands, and your ring would certainly be damaged, since others don’t understand how our rings are made.

Once you have ordered your exchange/resize/repair, etc. then Mandira will contact you with shipping instructions, prepaid FedEx label, and packing list. This will usually occur the weekend after you place this order, but if we are backed up on resizes/repairs, it could take an additional week or two. The date on your order determines your place in line, so please do get your order in to us as soon as possible. I make every effort to not swamp our puzzle ring artist with repairs or resizes in any given week. Slow and steady wins the race! I would rather you hold on to your ring so it’s in your good hands – this ensures that when we receive it we can turn it around within (most times) 48 hours.
