If you need to exchange a sterling silver posy or puzzle ring for a different size or style, and your exchange is not due to an error made by Crystal Realm, then please use this page to order your exchange.

Please fill out the fields below with what you are returning and what you would like us to do for you.  

Within the U.S., you will pay $8.98 for shipping, and when you check out, if you select ‘standard shipping’, then $8.98 will be your total. This will cover both the return of your existing ring plus shipping the new ring out to you. If you need a sizer before you know what ring size you need, please indicate that in one of the fields, and we will send you a payment request for an additional $3.99.

Typically, for U.S. residents, we’ll send out your new ring before you have to return the original ring. Mandira will send you your new item, along with a stamped, self-addressed, padded envelope for the return of your first item, if you are within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S., it won’t be stamped; sorry, you’ll need to purchase postage. 

There may be certain instances where we’ll need to get your item back first, before shipping to you; if this is true for you, Mandira will let you know.
