Poesy from the Anglican/ Episcopal "Book of Common Prayer"
1) If your poesy ring needs to be resized (or remade because it cannot be
resized to the size you need), then
2) You will not have to pay a resize fee or a (15% restocking fee) to have
your ring
resized (or remade). Plus,
3) If you order your sizer when you order your gold or platinum rings,
if your
ring does not fit, we will provide discounted FedEx shipping for your resize or
exchange
on our FedEx account, and with your permission we will charge the round trip
shipping
amount to your card.
WHY DO WE DO THIS? THE REASON IS . . .
POESY RINGS DO NOT MATCH U.S./CANADA SIZES. When you ask
us to guarantee your size,
we'll send your our loaner poesy sizer packet with instructions, along with a
self-addressed envelope in
which we require that you return the sizer to us once you have reported your
size(s) to us by email.
UK, AUSTRALIA, and NEW ZEALAND customers, poesy sizes
are
matched to your letter sizes on
our drop-down list, so you do not need to request our sizer gauge.
ANTIQUING: CHOOSE YAY OR NAY!
1) For gold rings, you may opt to have your ring antiqued or not.
Please note that the antiquing (the usually soft medium-grey of the lettering
and/or
designs) on Poesy Rings is hand-applied
and thus varies from ring to ring. Two made at the same time will match each
other. But we
can't guarantee the level of
darkness or lightness achieved in your lettering. Thanks for your
understanding!
2) We cannot offer antiqued platinum rings. But they really sparkle with no
antiquing, so all
of our previous platinum
customers have been delighted with their rings.
TIMING OF PLATINUM RINGS: Platinum rings cannot be
rushed, despite
what you may have previously read
here or on other poesy sites. Please allow:
1) One to two weeks to receive the sizer we send you and determine your
best size(s).
2) One to two weeks to receive the loaner sterling ring we send you to
confirm your
size
3) Four weeks to produce your platinum ring
4) One to two days to ship it to you.
If your deadline is tight, we can shave some time off this
scenario.
