for your puzzle ring! We even provide you with speedy, fully insured,
trackable, discounted FedEx Delivery both ways, at your cost. Watch for
emails from Mandira in response to your service order. (Your first
automated email confirmation is general; second and subsequent
emails will be specific to your service order.)
OUR GOAL FOR for your custom puzzle ring is to create
your ring to your exacting specifications, before we send it out. Still, there
are times when you may need to send your ring back for service either upon receipt or
for resizing or repair after years of wear.
MANDIRA'S PLEDGE TO YOU is to work with you
until you are absolutely delighted with your ring or you have your money
back! You must be the judge of the ring you receive from us. If you are not absolutely
thrilled with every part of the puzzle ring, then we want to know, and we want to
adjust it for you. You must be thrilled with the diamond or gemstone you receive; you
must be thrilled with the color(s), the weight, the weave, and the fit of your
ring.
Mandira says, There are only two possible responses
to opening a box with your Crystal Realm puzzle engagement ring in it -
either your heart sings, or your heart sinks. If it sinks, for any reason whatsoever,
please tell me immediately, so we can diagnose the problem and remedy it.
WHAT YOU NEED: for your service order.
A) The first and last name of the person who the original order
shipped to.
B) The name and description OR item number of the item(s) you are
returning and the size, if returning a ring for resize
C) Info about what we need to send you, including size needed, if
you're requesting a resize.
*If you aren't sure of the puzzle ring size you need, you may request
a free sizer, (D), below, when you fill out your
exchange order. We'll send a sizer with instructions to
you right away and wait for email confirmation of what size you need.
You need not return our puzzle ring sizer.
E) Optional: Keep your puzzle and all your precious metal jewelry
polished! Select a full size treated polishing cloth below
for $6.95 or a half size cloth for $3.95. As long as you
keep it zipped up in the zip-loc baggy you receive it in, between uses, it will
last for years, even after it becomes black and grey.
F) Comments: Please put any concerns in the comment field, below,
along with your need-by-date, so Mandira can
respond to you by email or by phone.
NOW START your service order.
Please note, if you are in the lower 48 states, then you will pay $45.90 for round trip FedEx 2 Day shipping. You will pay the $22.95 on this page, and for the return shipping $22.95, when you select your shipping on the shipping page.
Fill out the fields below, and then click on "add to order" at the
bottom of the page. Check out, as though you were placing a regular
order, and select FedEx 2 Day shipping or FedEx Overnight for your ring's return to you.
(If your item is valued at $500. or over, you must select FedEx 2
Day or FedEx Overnight, within the U.S. Outside the U.S., select Express Mail to your country or region.) As you check out, you will pay only for the two shipping amounts (plus a polishing cloth, if you selected one).
If your shipping amount turns out to be different from what you are charged today, then Mandira will contact you with a refund or an additional amount for your approval.

Once you have ordered your exchange/resize/repair, etc. then Mandira will contact you with a FedEx return label and shipping instructions. She can arrange for FedEx to pick up from you or for you to drop your ring off at a suitable FedEx station.
