Long-Term Care and Quoted Repairs
We offer long term care and quoted repairs (if needed at any time) for your Crystal Realm/Norman Greene puzzle ring.

It is to your benefit to have Norm do all work on your puzzle ring, because his rates are either nothing or much lower* than a local jeweler's would be, since he made your ring and is committed to its well-being.  Plus you can rest assured that the change to your ring will be done right, the first time! *Depending on the job.

Mandira: "I've lost count of how many people have contacted me after a jeweler resized or otherwise changed their Norman Greene puzzle ring.  Rarely, an honest jeweler tells the ring owner that s/he doesn't know how to work on a puzzle ring.  More often, smooth-talking, big-talking jewelers say, "Oh, yeah, I work on puzzle rings all the time."  Even if it were true, those rings are probably cast from molds (lost-wax casting method), not hand-woven, as Norm's rings are.  Other jewelers do not know how to work on Norm's rings, which have a very particular propriety treatment to the bands, to ensure perfect comfort and fit."

If you have another jeweler work on your ring at any time, this voids our pledge of long-term care for your ring.   Norm no longer fixes other jewelers' mistakes on our puzzle rings.

1. One free re-size at any time for gold or platinum puzzle rings
2. Subsequent resizing at reduced rates (compared to other jewelers)
3. A free annual polish for gold or platinum along with a free cleaning for precious or colored gemstones. We polish your Crystal Realm wedding bands, too.

5. Put your ring back together
6. If necessary, Norm can provide a removable clip to hold your ring together rather than soldering it together.  Once soldered, your puzzle ring can never again be resized, and it may negatively affect Norm's ability to repair your ring, depending on the type of repair you may some day require. We don't really recommend a clip though, as you will have way more fun with your ring if you learn to take it apart and put it together.
7. Although we're proud to report we've never been asked to swap out a diamond on a single puzzle ring, we stand ready to do so.
