1.
Are these
puzzle rings real? Do they come apart and go back together?
Yes, these are real puzzle
rings, inspired by legendary Turkish puzzle wedding rings, although the knotwork designs are Norm's 3-dimensional interpretation of Celtic knotwork.
They do come apart, and you can put them back together.
Besides how great your ring looks, half the fun is in learning
how to
assemble your ring and surprising your friends when you
take it apart and deftly reassemble it.
We have excellent puzzle ring animations on our site, and
Norm has video instructions as well. Visit
our Puzzle
Ring Instruction page.
2.
Do you want
a Puzzle Engagement Ring
with a Poesy
Band or by itself?
A. If by itself, please proceed
to step 3.
B. If you wish to order a band to go with a Puzzle Engagement Ring, it's
important that we design a set in which the puzzle ring and the poesy
ring are balanced and look beautiful together. If you wish to order a
band
that we don't already have pictured in a
set, please discuss your
desires with Mandira. Some designs of puzzle rings work better with varying
widths of bands; some are better with a band roughly the same width as
the puzzle ring bands.
Puzzle rings can be woven to almost any width. It depends upon the size
and shape of the stone, your taste, and what band you wish to wear with
it. Mandira will work with you to develop a set that is custom tailored
to your taste.
The
groom's ring is optional. If you wish to order
a groom's ring, we recommend that you order it at the same
time as the set, so the color of the antiquing* will match.
Grooms can choose a matching poesy ring or the
matching puzzle ring (usually in a heavier gauge wire).
*Antiquing is the process and the resulting slight darkening
of the letters and/or recesses of the design on your poesy
ring.

3.
Or would
you prefer an Irish Celtic wedding ring to go with a Puzzle Ring?
You may select a Celtic wedding ring to go with your puzzle engagement ring. For
other than the Marquise-Claddagh Bridal Set (Or the Ruby-Claddagh set) shown
on our site, you may prefer to consult with Mandira about your choice. We have
done fewer Puzzle-Celtic Bridal Sets, as until recently, there was an issue with
a minor color difference.
Not all of our bands coordinate well with all of our puzzle rings, so talk to
Mandira about having a set designed for you that will coordinate beautifully.

4.
What size ring(s)
do you need?
Purchasing a custom-made
puzzle ring isn't like buying anything else. Although
we will re-size your puzzle ring once for free (you pay
for shipping), if necessary, please understand that re-sizing
a puzzle ring represents a major amount of work for Norm,
because of multiple bands, especially if it must be made
smaller. Also, it can be
very disconcerting to you to receive a ring that doesn't
fit,
especially
when
you
have put
serious money into it. You won't want to have to turn
it around and send it back as soon as you get it. Therefore,
we like to ensure that you get a perfect fit the first
time.
Poesy
rings, which historically originated in the UK, and Celtic
rings, which are now made in the UK, are measured in
a slightly different way than U.S. jewelers measure rings.
So, far, we haven't heard of a single U.S. jeweler who
understands the UK way of measuring, so if you're getting
a puzzle and a poesy, we work off the U.S. size for the
puzzle. Mandira will carefully figure your poesy size(s).
Please,
carefully follow whichever set of instructions you select
from
below. Then it's very
important that you inform Mandira where your sizes come
from (pre-existing knowledge, a
jewelry store, or Crystal Realm's sizer), because then
she can make the proper calculations to get each ring
to fit.
A.
Pre-Existing Knowledge
If your fiancée-to-be knows the size of her left ring
finger, then that's all we need to know for the puzzle ring.
Ideally,
we like to deliver the puzzle ring first, because if it fits,
Mandira can easily calculate the correct size of poesy ring.
If the puzzle doesn't fit, it's quick to have
Norm
resize
the puzzle
ring
(you
pay
only
the
shipping back and forth). Once we have definitely established
fit, then we're good to go on a poesy or Celtic wedding band.
For you (the groom), we should send out a loaner finger sizer
for your poesy ring.
Please request
one. If your lady-love doesn't know her finger size, we'll
start her with our finger gauge as well. You can both use
the same one, if you're in the same geographic location, or
we can send one to each of you, whereever you are.
B. Send a Correctly-Sized Ring
to Norm or Have it Measured by
a Professional Jeweler
The truth is that having your finger sized at a moment in
time, even by a professional jeweler, will not ensure that
you
get a correctly sized ring. Since our fingers swell and shrink,
particularly in hot weather, it is an excellent strategy
to use a ring that you know fits you well to determine your
size.
If
you
have
a ring that is comfortable on the same finger on which
you will wear the puzzle, either have it measured at a quality,
professional jewelry store (not Wal-Mart or Target), or
make
arrangements with Mandira to send your ring to Norm. He'll return
it with your puzzle ring. If you work with a professional jeweler,
you are more likely to get an accurate size if you refrain
from mentioning that you will be ordering a ring online.
C.
Request a Sizer Gauge from Crystal Realm
We
have sets of sizer gauges that we are happy to loan to you.
We use the same set for Poesy, Celtic or Puzzle Rings, although
for puzzle rings, we need to adjust your size a little bit.
Please request
a finger sizer from Crystal Realm.
D. Special Instructions
if You Live in Australia, NZ, or the UK
If you live in Australia, New Zealand or the
UK, you can order your ring(s) in letter size(s)
and
we can easily translate them into U.S.
sizes for
whatever
kind of ring you are ordering. Simply email us in advance of your
order to give us your letter size(s). Mandira will email you
back the correct U.S. sizes to order.
E. Instructions if You Live Outside
the U.S., the UK, NZ, and Australia
If you live outside the U.S., the UK, New Zealand
and Australia, please request
a finger gauge, or email
Mandira about the size you need in your
country's sizing system, and she'll let you know if we can make the
translation.

5. What style do
you prefer for your four-band puzzle ring?

|

|

|
|
A. The Marquise Puzzle Ring
Please
note that we recommend a marquise-cut gemstone on the medium four-band
puzzle ring, because, no matter what size your diamond,
it will look larger than the same-carat-weight stone in another shape.
Also, since it is long and somewhat narrow (generally a 2:1
ratio of length to width), it allows the largest amount of
the puzzle to show. This is the classic design, so unless
you have your heart set on another shape of stone, please
consider this.
The diamond ring on the
left and the set in the middle are platinum.
The side shot on the right is of a 14K white
gold ring.
|
|
|
|
 |
 |
 |
|
B.
The Guinevere Style Puzzle. . .
is the very same
medium four-band puzzle ring used for
the Marquise Style, but the mounting
for the stone is a flat square of white
gold or platinum with four corners that
hold the stone low and flat against the
mounting. The ring on the left is a 1/3CT
round diamond. The ring in the middle
and right images is a 1/2CT sapphire.
This flat square setting is called an "illusion" setting, because
when a diamond is mounted in it, it makes the diamond appear larger.
This is because the setting is always white gold (for any color gold
Guinevere ring) or platinum. It is difficult to discern visually just
where the diamond ends and the setting begins.
Plus, for women who prefer a ring with a very shallow profile, this ring
is perfect!
Both Guinevere rings above are in 14K white gold. |

C.
The Juliet Style Puzzle Ring . . .
A clean, crisp, more contemporary
look, with a princess-cut diamond or colored gemstone. Shown here with a .45CT diamond, we find that we can no longer offer the Juliet with this scroll setting, as it does not hold a diamond securely. Instead, we have created a custom Celtic triskele knot setting that will hold the diamond securely, and we will have an image of it here, soon.
The Juliet ring shown above is in 14K white gold.
|
|

 |
|

|
D.
The Allesandra Puzzle Ring . . .
The Allesandra puzzle ring
holds the stone with a new, contemporary style
setting. With clean, bold lines, it is a departure from our other Renaissance-style settings.
This ring is shown with a 4mm princess-cut stone. You may
choose a diamond or any colored gemstone in 4mm x 4mm or larger for this ring.
The Allesandra ring shown above is made of 14K white gold with blue topaz. |
|
6. Here's the
stone setting we'll
use for your Marquise Celtic Puzzle Ring.
The scroll setting that we use with the Marquise cut diamond or colored gemstone is extremely secure. It is available in 14K yellow or white gold or platinum. Here are two stories of customers whose marquise cut diamonds went through something a diamond set in a ring should never go through.
One of our customer's wore her Marquise Diamond puzzle ring for several years. She was then in a severe card accident, in which her ring was totalled (although the customer was not badly injured), but her diamond was still held securely in place by the scroll setting.
Another customer wearing a marquise diamond in a scroll setting returned her ring to us for repair - the setting was badly damaged. What happened? She caught her diamond in a closing door, and the setting was badly bent. Norm nevertheless repaired it. Since then, we've told both stores above, to show customers that these rings can handle a lot, but can't necessarily handle the worst treatment without needing some repair.
. We don't
want you worrying about your stone popping out
of the mounting.
7.
In which metal
would you like the ring to be made?
Choose from:
A. 14K yellow gold
B. 14K white gold
C. 14K rose gold - (sorry, no picture)
D. A combination of 2 or more colors of 14K gold (see below)
E. Platinum

|
Combination
14K White and 14K Yellow Gold |
We
don't tend to use 18K gold for puzzle rings,
as these puzzle rings really do come apart
(even with stones on them) and can be put back
together. 18K gold is not as durable as 14K
gold. 14K gold will hold up to many hours of
fun putting your ring back together whenever
you want something to fidget with! (You don't
need to take it apart, but if you do, it is
not difficult to put
your ring back together.)
Because the puzzle rings and poesy or Celtic rings are made by different jewelers,
there may be a very minimal difference in the color of metal in the
bride's rings. We say this in the interest of full disclosure. Every customer
who has ordered a Puzzle-Poesy or Puzzle-Celtic set has been more than thrilled
with it.
8. Can you
make my puzzle ring in sterling silver?
We do not offer diamond puzzle rings
in sterling silver, because sterling silver is not strong
enough to hold a stone of great value.
We will do colored gemstones in sterling
silver puzzle rings. However, if you want sterling silver
for economic reasons, you'll find you only save about $100.
on the ring. This is because Norm carefully weaves each
puzzle engagement ring specifically for the size and shape
of the very stone that he selects to mount on your ring.
He can't just take a puzzle ring out of stock and put a
stone on it. He weaves a stone-bearing puzzle ring in a
completely different way than one without a stone. While
his assistants weave stock sterling puzzle rings, only
Norm has the skill
and expertise to create a Norm Greene puzzle ring with
a gemstone.
9. Decide on
open, standard, or
tight weave
Do you prefer:
A. An open weave for the puzzle ring? If the puzzle ring is ultimately
going to be paired with a wedding band, this weave creates the largest set, with
the puzzle ring standing off quite a bit from the wedding band. The center tip
of the metal meets up to the band, but otherwise, the ring doesn't lie close
to the band.
B. A standard weave? This
is our most popular option, as most women feel that this weave looks best next
to a wedding band.
C. A tight
weave? Rarely
ordered, we offer this option, nevertheless, so that if you want it (and you
know who you are!) you can have exactly what you want.
You may select
either an open, standard, or tight weave, as shown below:

|

|
A.
Open Weave - (Platinum Rings) |
|

|

|
B.
Standard Weave - (14K white gold on left
and 14K yellow gold on right)
This is our most
popular option, as most women feel that this
weave looks best next to a wedding band. |

10.
Select your
gemstone shape
Below
are the stone shapes we offer for your puzzle ring.
We prefer not to use other shapes, as settings
for other shapes of stones will often not hold
your stone securely. In addition, the settings
for other shapes of stones don't lend themselves
to the design of puzzle rings, in terms of attaching
the setting to the ring.
The four-band medium puzzle ring with the Marquise or Princess-cut diamond
was designed originally for the marquise-shaped stone. This shape will show
the most amount of puzzle ring, and carat for carat a marquise-cut diamond
will always look bigger than any other shape of diamond.

11. Select
a Diamond or a Colored Gemstone - Introduction
Would
you prefer to select a diamond or a colored gemstone such
as a:
sapphire, ruby, aquamarine, blue topaz, tanzanite, green tourmaline, or another
stone?
We
will work closely with you by email or telephone in selecting
your stone. We will give you honest information. We will
send a diamond to you for your inspection before mounting
it in your ring, if you wish. You
will simply pay for the round-trip shipping.
Since
both Norman and Crystal Realm are small businesses
with low overhead, we can save you money on a diamond.
We are a little "hungrier" and more motivated
than many other diamond businesses, so we will always
give you the best deal we possibly can. In
addition, we purchase our diamonds from one of the
top diamond
houses in the world, so we can assure you of exceptional
quality from a company committed to conflict-free diamonds.
In addition, it's important for you to know that we don't buy quantities of diamonds in "lots." We purchase diamonds and colored gemstones one at a time to order. So when you order from us, you know that we'll select your gemstone especially for your ring, choosing the very best and brightest diamond or gemstone that we can possibly find for you. Between Norm and me (Mandira), you have over 40 years of combined experience with diamonds and precious gems brought to bear on the task of finding the perfect stone for your ring!
When Norm takes delivery of your diamond or colored gemstone, it first has to pass his personal inspection, before he will consider setting it on your ring. Then when he or I ship your ring to you, you have to be delighted! If your heart is not lifted when you open the package and see the ring, then you need to call, me immediately to let me know. Don't wait to see if it "grows on you." It won't. If you're not thrilled, then we need to address the issue immediately and procure and set another stone in your ring.
There are
two routes to go when selecting a diamond for your
puzzle engagement ring. Although we will save you money
with either method, the first and most popular method
(12B), is known as Diamond Buying Made Easy, Crystal
Realm Style. This guarantees you a diamond of excellent
quality with brilliant sparkle and beauty on her hand.
The second method (12C) is a higher budget
method for diamonds in the VS2 to VVS1 clarity range.
Following the details of the
guarantee, below, we walk you through selecting a diamond,
Crystal Realm style.

AGS, HRD, IGI or EGL) and the grade of the stone disputed, we will exchange,

* This means 30 days from the date Norm purchases your stone. Again, please

we can take advantage of Stuller's return guarantee on your behalf.

to modify or discontinue benefits at any time. Program
benefits are not combinable with other offers.
11B) If you prefer to entrust the choice of your diamond entirely to Norm based on our Diamond
Buying Made Easy program,
then please read on:
i.) General Information on acquiring a diamond
for your puzzle ring.
Our concern is in finding you the biggest diamond, with the prettiest cut and
shape, the most sparkle, and with no flaws visible to the unaided eye, that
will look beautiful on her hand in the price range that you prefer.
Your
diamond will be in the top range of color D-E-F, will be cut for maximum
sparkle, will be the carat weight of your choice, and will have no inclusions
visible to the eye.
The easiest way for us to secure a diamond for your
puzzle ring is if you decide how much you want to spend, and we'll get you
the best possible diamond for your price, subject to your approval. However,
we'll also offer you a list of the five most popular diamond size ranges
with prices for each, to help you in your decision making.
For diamonds smaller than .375CT, we do not provide certification of your diamond.
This is because Stuller, Inc. doesn't provide certified documentation until
your diamond is .375CT or above:
For diamonds of .375Ct or greater, you will receive a Stuller certified gemstone
analysis of your diamond, along with free insurance against loss of the stone
for one year, and complete Red Box Diamond packaging.
If you feel that you must talk to Norm Greene, our puzzle ring artist, before
selecting your diamond, Mandira will happily arrange that for you.
Your ring will be delivered to you in a high quality black and gold ring
box, and you will also receive the complete Red Box packaging.
ii) Diamond Quality at Crystal Realm
If you wish us to select a diamond
for you, based on our judgement, as 85% of our customers do, then
here is the diamond quality we guarantee to you.
aa. Cut - Guaranteed sparkle and stunning beauty
on her hand. Since
the cut is the attribute
of a diamond that governs sparkle, your
diamond will have a good to very good cut. If
Norm doesn't have a diamond in stock suitable for your
ring in stock, he orders one immediately. If the first
diamond he gets in doesn't meet his standards for cut
and sparkle, he sends it back and gets another. He
will only mount a diamond on your ring if it meets
his exacting standards.
bb. Clarity - Norm
will normally look for a diamond of approximately SI1 to
SI2 (nearly clear) clarity - it will have only minor inclusions visible under
a microscope, but none visible to the eye. Generally, Norm won't use your
money to purchase higher clarity that can only be seen under a microscope.
You, of
course, can specify that you want higher clarity, if you want the satisfaction
of acquiring a higher grade of diamond, and you are willing to pay more to
achieve this. Please see 11C below, if this is the case.
cc.
Color - Colorless in the very top range: D - E - F.
The color range for diamonds goes from D (colorless)
to V (the opposite end of the scale). Every diamond
that we put in a white gold or platinum ring is colorless
and the same is true for 95% of our yellow gold rings.
Occasionally upon finding a diamond in G or H (near-colorless)
that has other very strong attributes, such as a beautiful
cut, we will offer it for a yellow gold ring.
dd. Carat - The biggest and best stone Norm can find for you within an agreed
upon price range
iii)
We Will Save You Money on a Genuine Quality Diamond
These days, you can purchase
a flawless imitation diamond for very little money, so
if you want a real diamond, with real value, you are most
likely going to purchase a diamond with some internal flaw
or flaws. The point is, at what level can these flaws be
seen? You will proudly show your wedding set to your friends
and loved ones, who are not going to look at it under a
microscope. They will admire it based on the four criteria
mentioned above.
11C.)
Selecting a Diamond
in the V and VV Clarity Ranges
If you wish to have us select a diamond
for you based on carat weight, a clarity level of from VS2
up to VVS1, with D or E color and a good or very good cut,
then please call Mandira toll-free at 1-866-573-7381 to discuss
your diamond requirements. In
this case, your diamond of .375CT or greater will be a Stuller
Red Box Diamond with GIAA certification and will be subject
to all of the guarantees under the Stuller
Six-Way Guarantee for a Red Box Diamond, which you may
have read under this section, above.
If you feel that you must talk to Norm Greene, our puzzle ring artist, before
selecting your diamond, Mandira will happily arrange that for you. We
can also send out your diamond for your inspection before setting it in your
ring. Talk to Mandira for details.
Your
ring will be delivered to you in a high quality black and gold ring box,
although you will also receive the complete Red Box Diamond packaging.
11D.)
Selecting a
Colored Gemstone
Sapphires are popular in puzzle
rings, as are rubies. We often work with blue topaz, aquamarine,
green tourmaline, tanzanite, and sometimes even garnet, although
many faceted garnets available these days are too brownish
to be desirable.
We can do a variety of stones, so tell us what you want!
Please contact Mandira directly to discuss your ideal stone. Call toll-free
1-866-573-7381 or email her at Contact Us.

12. Select Your Preferred Gemstone Size
13. Can
you use my diamond or gemstone
for my puzzle ring?
We
formerly accepted customers' diamonds for Norm's
rings, however, we no longer do so. Norm
found that by working with diamonds from various
sources, the practice introduced a variability
of quality into his work that he was not willing
to accept.
In
order to ensure that all aspects of his work meet his exacting
standards, Norm has requested that he have the artist's
right to select every diamond or colored gemstone that
goes into his rings for Crystal Realm customers. Therefore,
the only customers' stones that he will set in his rings
are family heirloom diamonds, which have great sentimental
value. As well, these diamonds are cut in such a way that
they cannot be replicated today.
By allowing Norm to exercise complete artistic control over his work, we are
also protecting you. If you purchase a diamond or colored gemstone from one source
and have another jeweler set it, then the jeweler who sets it is not responsible
if the stone cracks during setting. It is always better to have the source of
your stone also set the stone, as will be the case when you allow us to provide
the stone for your ring.
In addition, you will never find more a more comprehensive guarantee, including
the ability to upgrade your diamond at a later date, than in a Stuller Diamond
from Crystal Realm. Read the Stuller Guarantee.

14. Can I
purchase a puzzle ring and have my jeweler mount the stone?
We do not sell puzzle rings without the stone for two reasons: a) Norm cannot
weave a puzzle ring to hold a stone without having the stone right there,
as each puzzle ring is woven for the exact stone to be mounted on it. b)
No jeweler
will or should touch a puzzle ring. They don't know how to work with them;
if the ring falls apart, they get stressed out; they won't even try to put
them
back together, and if they do, are apt to bend the puzzle ring bands, so
you'll be sending it back to Norm for repair.

15.
A jeweler I
know can get me a flawless (or a better or a comparable)
diamond for way less money!
Unless it is in a museum
somewhere, the only "Flawless Diamonds" on
the market today tend to be man-made. Today, the
way you know you're getting a genuine diamond, ironically,
is its flaws.
Although
we do not make a practice of criticizing the business
practices of others, we have seen this before.
A
couple purchases a beautiful .38 CT diamond that they
have inspected before it is mounted. They are in possession
of a certification from a reputable diamond house that
details the specifications of their diamond. One evening,
at a party, they proudly show off their new acquisition.
Someone asks how much they paid for it. Even though through
Crystal Realm the purchase price was less than it would
be priced at a traditional jewelry store, a jeweler at
the party says, "Man, you got taken! I could get
you a flawless diamond for way less money!"
At
this point, our couple is devastated and emails Mandira
right away. They demand a refund! Probably, what the
customer is truly looking for is reassurance and more
data that they actually got what they really wanted.
After first assuring the customer that Crystal Realm
will provide a full refund, if they believe that is in
their best interest, she makes a proposal.
Happily,
we can report that we've never had a return over this
issue, and here's why, in Mandira's words:
"For
information that seems "to good to be true," I
recommend that our customers get a 2nd opinion. While
I can send our customers to any one of many websites
to prove the value of the diamond that they got from
us, I ask them to find another legitimate jeweler who
can offer them a "flawless" diamond of significant
size for $800.00. The sad truth is that anyone who promises
this is likely mounting an artificial diamond that probably
cost less than $50.00 to purchase, and then turning around
and selling it for $800.00. Ironically, today, internal
flaws are your proof that what you are purchasing is
a genuine diamond. (Naturally, however, you want a diamond
in which these flaws cannot be detected by the naked
eye.)
"Your
best insurance in getting your money's worth in a diamond
is to deal with reputable providers who put everything
in writing for you and who are willing to stand behind
their products and to work with you to ensure your absolute
satisfaction. Both Norm Greene, our jeweler, and I, as
the founder of Crystal Realm, do this every day for our
customers and we pledge that we will do the same for
you." Mandira, Co-Founder, Crystal Realm
Greater or Comparable Quality for Less Money
As far as diamonds of greater or even comparable quality for less money, in
general it's not been our experience that diamonds sent to us have met the
promises made by other jewelers to our customers. We have occasionally been
sent a diamond that Norm is proud to put in his work, but, sad to say, more
often the color is inferior and the cut is poor. Sometimes the stone isn't
a diamond at all, or maybe the inclusions have been stripped out and concealed
by filling them with epoxy. It is doubly sad, because usually the customer
who wishes to send his own diamond has a friend or buddy in the business who
claims to be doing him or her a "favor." Without bashing good and
reputable dealers, many people go into the diamond business for the money only.
As is typical with the sorrier side of human nature, once they experience the
income they can make, they begin to get greedy and offer less quality for their
customers' money.

17. What do
I
do if my
ring(s) don't fit or I don't
like the stone, etc.
Once you receive your ring(s),
if any don't fit, please immediately email Mandira at Contact
Us in writing. She will reply with instructions
for return and re-size or replacement.
In your initial email, please include exact information about the style,
size, and metal of the non-fitting ring, the full name in which the order
was placed, your shipping address, and your telephone number. By making
all of your communications about wrong-sized rings through email, both
you and Mandira will have written records about your exchange.
Puzzle Rings - Norm can re-size your ring up or down. He prefers to size
up, as it's a simple stretch to do so. So if you can arrange to err on
one side or the other : ) then err on the small size. If your puzzle
ring is too big, he'll either size it down or make a new ring and transfer
your stone to the new ring. There are no fees associated with this. Providing
that the wrong size is not Norm's fault, you will pay only the shipping
back and forth for your ring.
Poesy Rings - We will either re-size your first ring or make a whole
new ring, depending on the ring, the size and the new size you need.
If you used our poesy sizer, then there will be no restock fee, only
the shipping back and forth. Mandira will issue your a Return Authorization
Number, under which you will return the ring to our Poesy jewelers. Resizing
or making a new ring in a new size is just as time-consuming as your
original purchase. Therefore, if you want a quick turn-around on a re-size,
we recommend that you pay our poesy ring makers rush fee, which is $30.
for gold or platinum (or $35.) for sterling silver. In this way, it's
like a new ring rush: your ring ships to you within 8 - 10 business days,
or you get $20. of your rush fee back).
Celtic
Rings - Since these have to be sent overseas for size
corrections, there can be some hefty shipping charges,
plus a restock fee. Mandira will work with you to minimize
such fees. The range for a Celtic ring re-size or replacement
is generally between $50.00 and $110.00 for 14K gold
rings. For platinum rings, the restock fee is about 6%
to 10%
of the price of the ring, plus shipping back and forth.
All returns involve shipping to and from Crystal Realm
and you; and to and from Crystal Realm and Ireland. We
try to bundle rings going to and from Ireland, to keep
your costs down. Another alternative we now offer is
to have one of our U.S. jewelers re-size your ring (possible
only with no-trim Celtic rings), which will tend to also
reduce your costs.

Your every purchase from Crystal

Lifetime Pledge.
Mandira's Personal
Pledge:
"I will work with you
until you are absolutely delighted with your rings or you
have your money back."
If
in the end we can't please you and we do a refund, please
note that sometimes there may be cancellation or restock
fees, but I'll always try to minimize them for you. They
normally consist only of fees that our ring makers pass
along to us when we cancel or refund an order. Happily,
I can say that so far (touch wood) Norm and I have a
perfect record when it comes to delighted customers who
have ordered and received puzzle engagement rings and
sets. Mandira
