Fellowship Foundry handles returns of their toasting flutes and chalices themselves.
Unengraved Flute or Chalice Repairs
If you have a Fellowship Foundry flute or chalice with a broken glass, all you have to do is package up your broken item and return it to the foundry at the address below. Include a check or money order for $12.00 per piece to cover shipping and handling, and they will replace it and ship it back to you. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, and the color of the glass flute or cup. (All of our U.S. made flutes and chalices are from Fellowship Foundry.)

Engraved Flute and Chalice Repairs
If you wish to have your flute or chalice repaired and then re-engraved, please send your piece(s) to Fellowship, as above, with a note for them to return your piece to Crystal Realm. Contact Mandira to make engraving and shipping arrangements for the finished item.
Chalices from England
If you purchase a chalice from us made in England, such as the Sapphire Grail, please contact us regarding breakage of glass parts. English chalices can be replaced, and there is a shipping and handling cost. It varies from piece to piece, and is considerably more than the Fellowship Foundry charge, to cover shipping to England and back, plus possible extra fees, depending on the item. Expect to pay a total of approximately 60% of the cost of the original piece to have a replacement sent out.
