Our Fabulous Customers We can't help but remark that we believe Crystal Realm's customers are the warmest and friendliest customers in the world. The comments below are entirely unsolicited. We have not asked our customers for them - we sometimes ask if there is something we could have done better. But most of these comments came unbidden in the course of routine customer communications.  And if you think we have exceptional customer service, well, you are a big part of why. All of us are longing these days to get decent treatment from a live person, whether by email, telephone, or in person. When you do business with Crystal Realm, you know you're working with real people who care. In return, you are consistently friendly, polite, honest, funny, in short, an absolute pleasure, in every way, to assist. Yes, We do Make Mistakes. The Important Point is . . . We Fix Them! Sometimes they are our mistakes, and sometimes they are our vendors' mistakes, since various items are made to order. We won't say that our customer service is perfect - although many people think it is - but we pledge that if a problem does crop up, Mandira will communicate with you fully by telephone and/or email and stick with you until it is resolved to your absolute satisfaction, which means you are delighted with your purchase or you have your money back. Mandira, Our beautiful rings arrived today, as expected. What was unexpected is the beauty and quality of the rings! An absolute bargain at your price. They are so much thicker than I was expecting - a very good thing. My husband and I have purchased them for a convalidation ceremony after 14 years of marriage. The symbolism of the eternal knots and protective shields make them perfect for us. The workmanship is gorgeous. Your customer service is above and beyond anything else I've experienced on the Web. I love the fact that you not only emailed confirmation, but made personal calls to me as well to verify accuracy and let me know that they were being shipped. You and Crystal Realm are fantastic! There was one little glitch with the rings that revealed itself after a few weeks of wear - the diamond points protruded through the holes in the bands under the diamonds a teensy bit, so ring fingers were a little irritated. It took three tries with two different jewelers to get the rings corrected so they still fit perfectly, were comfortable to wear, and also to change the rings from prong settings to bezel settings, which we decided would be perfect for folks in the medical field who wear rubber gloves at work. Brian and Cheri had Version 1.0 of their rings for their fun Las Vegas wedding on New Year's Day of 2007; and they had the final version 2.0 for their main wedding in Hawaii in April. I was so happy to be able to work with Brian and Cherie to get their rings absolutely perfect!! (Mandira) Hi Mandira, We absolutely LOVE our rings. It all started with a Google search -- I believe the key words I entered were "gay wedding rings." Well, Crystal Realm was buried pretty deep -- I think it was on something like the third page of results. We looked at lots of the other sites first but didn't find anything that appealed to both of us -- there were lots of "rainbow" rings with all the colorful gems, but they just didn't look like wedding bands to us. Plus, we were getting really frustrated, because many of the sites had teeny little pictures that you had to click (and wait) to enlarge, or that you couldn't enlarge at all. When we finally got to your site and started browsing your posey rings, we loved the size of your images and the fact that we didn't have to click them to make them big enough to see. We spent a lot of time there and we saw several designs that we both really liked, but when we saw the two souls, one heart message, we knew it was perfect. It is great that you have your toll free number listed online -- I always prefer placing orders over the phone because, even though I work for an online company, I still don't trust online transactions, especially those conducted over a dial-up connection, which is what we have. So being able to call you and talk to you directly was a huge plus for us. Same with the ring sizer deal. I didn't see any other sites offering to send a ring sizer, and that little service you provided just made the whole ordering process even easier than we could have imagined.
