Terms and Conditions
If and when you enter our contest on www.crystalrealm.com, it means that you agree to these rules.

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Crystal Realm LC (hereinafter referred to as Crystal Realm) contest. You must live in the U.S. to enter and win and you must be 18 years of age or older, and you must be able to provide identification proving you are 18 or over, should you win. If you are not 18 years of age, then we will award the prize to one of your parents, who then can choose to give it to you, if he or she wishes. The sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am PDT the first day of each month and ends at 12:00 am PDT on the last day of the month. One entry per month per person is permitted. Crystal Realm removes duplicate entries.

2. Entries become the property of www.crystalrealm.com. Eligibility Requirements: VOID in any country other than the United States and WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees and their immediate families of Crystal Realm, its affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The total value of the prize varies and is stated at http://www.crystalrealm.com/Contest.html

3. Crystal Realm has no liability for technical or computer malfunctions and it reserves the right to cancel this promotion for any reason that it deems appropriate, including, without limitation, a computer virus, bug or other technical problem that corrupts the administration, security or proper functioning of the contest. Should an ongoing contest be terminated prior to the final date for entry, notice will be posted on our website. We reserve the right to terminate a contest early and to draw the winner at that time.

4. To register via the Internet: Register at Crystal Realm's website at http://www.crystalrealm.com by completing the Contest Entry form before the end of the contest every month. Only one entry per person, per email address, per month, will be accepted. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Crystal Realm will not be held responsible for late, lost or misdirected or illegible mail, scrambled entries or entries that are non-deliverable due to online communication malfunction or failure, computer or computer program malfunction or failure, or human error that may occur in the processing of entries to this contest. Unlawful, unintelligible, obscene, indecent or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Crystal Realm reserves the right to scrutinize all entries for these requirements prior to entry in the contest.

5. Upon choosing the winners for that contest, Crystal Realm will begin (1) new contest which will replace the previous contest. Each individual contest runs approximately 4 weeks, at which time it is replaced with a new contest.

Selection of the Winner.
The winners will be selected from all eligible entries on the basis of a random drawing. This drawing will be conducted by a Crystal Realm representative on or about the tenth day of the month following the final date of contest closing. Their decisions and interpretations of these Official Contest Rules will be final. The tentative winner(s) will be notified by e-mail within thirty (30) business days of the drawing date. The prizes will be awarded in the form of Coupon Codes good towards online orders for merchandise from crystalrealm.com

Return of any prize notification as undeliverable by e-mail will result in disqualification. If an alternate winner is required, it will be selected using the same method and procedures discussed herein. Each gift certificate coupon code will have no expiration date.

6. If selected as a winner, the winner agrees by accepting or using the prize to allow Crystal Realm to use his or her name, likeness, entry contents, biographical data, statements and any other information for advertising and publicity purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Entrants agree that Crystal Realm and its representative, affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from participation in this contest, acceptance or use of a Prize or any event related thereto, including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

8. Prizes and approximate retail values: Gift Certificates in the amount of $25.00 good for use at www.crystalrealm.com. Approximate retail value is subject to change and may vary. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. All prizes will be issued to the winner in the form of a Discount Coupon Code # via e-mail.

9. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received, typically 1 in 1500. Prizes are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed except by Crystal Realm due to prize unavailability. By accepting any prize, winner agrees that Crystal Realm and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the prizes awarded.

10. Allow four to six (4-6) days after verification of winner status for the receipt of prize by e-mail. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.

11. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be placed on an electronic mailing list to be used for commercial purposes by Crystal Realm. You may opt-out of our email list anytime by using the "Safe Unsubscribe" feature in the bottom margin of each email we send out. Once you have safely unsubscribed, then we cannot even accidentally add your email address back in to our email list, for example, from an old database. Your email address will be rejected.

12. Entrants may not use the Crystal Realm Contest Entry form for their own commercial purposes. Entrants may not utilize the Contest Entry form to promote their own business by publishing their own website URL or by packing the entry form with keywords. All such entries will be disqualified and shall be removed.

13. Crystal Realm reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify these rules or to cancel the sweepstakes at any time.
