Airmail - 1st Class International
Supposed to be guaranteed for six to ten working days, but we've known it to take longer, especially if you live in a remote area. Please try to be flexible, if at all possible. Order early!
We cannot ship Gold via Airmail. If you order other merchandise, and select this shipping option, we reserve the right to let you know if we believe that your shipping should be upgraded for security reasons. We will not upgrade your shipping or charge your card without your written email permission.
Express Mail International
This is fully insurable and traceable, and is generally delivered between 3 and 5 business days after shipping. It can take a little longer if you live far from a major city.
Express Mail International is OK for Gold Jewelry to $1,450.00.

FedEx International Priority
This is generally is delivered in two days. (One day to get to Canada Customs, then one day to be delivered to you.) Expect slight delays if you live in remote areas, assuming FedEx delivers to your area. If they do not, we will let you know. Usually Global Express Mail delivers anywhere.

Timing of Poesy Rings and Poesy Jewelry
These estimates are only that: estimates. Times can vary within a few days either way.
Standard production Poesy items are made to your order and generally ship about 5 - 8 weeks from the date you ordered. Most of the year, we ship around the 5 week mark.
Rush orders for poesy jewelry will be shipped in 4 weeks from the date of your order.
Please know that the more time you allow for your order, the more likely we can fulfill it to your requirements. Sometimes there is a production snafu on a ring being made to your order. If you have paid the rush fee, then our jewelers will remake your ring at their rush expense, but it can delay your ring by 2 - 3 weeks.
If your rush gold order cannot be finished in time for your wedding date, then we normally have a Plan B in place, which is to send you loaner rings in sterling silver, in the same design that you ordered.
